Republic Act No. 9266, an act providing for a more responsive and comprehensive regulation for the registration, licensing and practice of Architecture in the Philippines.
In addition, Continuing Professional Development Programs are encouraged to ensure we are updated and competitive with global practice.
Larshir is a Computer Technologist and a Filipino Architect. Currently celebrating his tenth year working in an Engineering and Construction Business Group of an International Corporation based in Singapore.
An active Board of Director of Unyon ng mga Arkitekto ng Pilipinas (UAP) Singapore Chapter, registered at the Registry of Societies in Singapore.
He is also Creative Director of UAP Singapore Conference - ArchXPO 2017; 2018 and 2021 held in Marina Bay Sands EXPO and Convention.
A Volunteer-Lecturer of Building Laws and Professional Practice Review of UAP Singapore Graduate Auxiliary for Special Professional Licensure Examinations Program.
He is UAP Asia Pacific Council Director for Singapore in 2021 and Chapter President of UAP Singapore Chapter (FY2021-2022)
